INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup maple sugar *
- 2 cups maple syrup
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until smooth. Add syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
